Ella Pritsker Couture is a full-service design studio dressing brides and mothers of the bride and groom for the most important day of their life!
Our team of expert designers, led by Ella Pritsker, and seamstresses is here for you every step of the way, from the moment you say “Yes!” all the way to the day you say “I Do!”
Ella will take your dream and turn it into a reality – her wedding gown custom design takes careful design, planning and multiple fittings to ensure everything is perfect for you. We encourage brides to schedule an appointment a minimum of 6 months to 9 months ahead of their wedding day.
We can help you design your dream dress and your entire look for the day of the wedding, your rehearsal dinner or the party dress and help you choose your accessories.
Whether it’s one dress or the entire wedding wardrobe, we make the process easy, exciting and special!
No Alterations are needed when you have a Ella Pritsker Couture Wedding Dress, as they are made custom from scratch specifically for you!
Mothers of the Bride/Groom
Once the day has been set and the colors are chosen, it is time to start planning for your own look. It is never too early to begin the process. Allow plenty of time to have design and fitting appointments scheduled ahead of time to make the process special and enjoyable for you!

Custom gowns made for all Mothers of the Bride/Groom require no alterations as the gown is made just for you from day 1.
Wedding Gown Preservation
Many of our Brides choose to preserve the gown to have a family heirloom for the future. We are able to handle the entire preservation process for you. If a gown is in need of mending after a wedding, we can make all necessary repairs before we send out for the preservation process.
Alteration Services
Should you choose to purchase your wedding gown at a bridal shop, we are happy to help you with alterations.
At Ella Pritsker Couture, we understand that alterations are an important part of the wedding dress experience.
Our experienced alterations team can help Brides making their dream dress fit perfectly and comfortably. Expect an average of 2-3 dress fittings. We recommend starting alterations 6 to 8 weeks before the day of the wedding and bringing shoes and undergarments to each fitting.
Alteration prices range based on each individual Bride, her dress and amount of adjustments to be done to fit each bride’s gown. Work to be done and prices are determined at first fitting appointment.
Plus, we are happy to help you accessorize your look and find the perfect finishing touches!
Christening/Baptism Gowns
One of the ways to preserve your wedding memories and continue to enjoy them is creating a christening/baptism gown as you plan for the future. Whether it’s your wedding dress or your great-grandmother’s wedding dress, we can design a christening/baptism gown to incorporate all the special design elements so that you have a family heirloom that can be passed down generationally.
